Q: What is your return policy?

A: Our number one goal is customer satisfaction. If something isn’t right, please let us know. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee for six months from purchase with our customer paying for return shipping. The only exception to this policy is for the blade part of our straight razors. If you break the blade we will replace it at our cost for the blade with no charge for labor. All products have a lifetime warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. We pay shipping both ways on warranty work.

While we will accept used straight razors under the satisfaction guarantee, we ask that you are committed to the process of learning to use a straight when purchasing.  We will be happy to do Skype or Facetime sessions if you are having trouble.

Q: What is your shipping policy?

US Domestic shipping is $3.99 for First Class postage .  International shipping is actual cost minus $4.00.

Q: What if I’m not happy with my Classic Shaving experience?

A: We will accept your return and refund all of your money.  

Our mission is to help people have the best shave possible.  If something isn't working, let us know and we will help you figure it out.  Having said that, we won't question honoring our satisfaction guarantee if your mind is made up that you want to return your items.
