Domestic Shipping — United States
NOTE: WE SHIP DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS WITH FEDEX. WHILE THIS COSTS MORE THAN THE USPS, SERVICE IS MUCH, MUCH BETTER. ABOUT 80% OF PACKAGES ARE DELIVERED IN 1-2 DAYS. THE WEST COAST TAKES LONGER DEPENDING ON LOCATION.
We currently offer shipping within the United States with the following options:

Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days after shipment
Orders $60.-$99
Shipping rate: $7.95
Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days after shipment
Orders $99.00 and up
Shipping rate: Free Shipping
Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days after shipment
Please note that processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Most orders are processed as quickly as possible, but delivery times may vary depending on order volume, holidays, weather, and carrier delays.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. As you can see, our international rates are very reasonable.
For many international destinations, shipping is calculated by order value:

Shipping rate: $25.00
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after shipment
Orders $75.00–$149.99
Shipping rate: $19.99
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after shipment
Orders $150.00–$249.99
Shipping rate: $14.99
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after shipment
Orders $250.00 and up
Shipping rate: Free Shipping
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after shipment
Some international locations will have a separate flat-rate shipping option depending on destination.
Israel and similar locations
Shipping rate: $35.00
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after shipment
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International recipients are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, import charges, or brokerage fees required by their country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping rates and are determined by the destination country.
Hendrix Classics & Co. is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Order Processing
Orders are typically packed and shipped as quickly as possible during normal business operations. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may begin processing the next business day.
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email when available.
Delivery Guarantee
We guarantee delivery, with proof of delivery counting as delivery.
That said, we know that things happen. If you do not receive your order, please let us know so we can review the situation and help determine the best next step.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery windows, shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information may affect delivery time.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Hendrix Classics & Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help before the order ships.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and any relevant photos or tracking information. We will review the issue and help determine the best next step.
