The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Hendrix Classics & Co. from all claims resulting directly or indirectly from the purchase, transport, ownership, or use of any knife in violation of state, local, federal, or international laws or regulations. Hendrix Classics & Co. is not liable for any misuse of any knife, razor, or straight razor products purchased from our website or store.
