Refund policy

Our goal is to ensure complete customer satisfaction. We accept returns on all items, whether used or unused, as we prioritize making things right for our customers.

If you are not fully satisfied with your product(s), please reach out to us at pete@hendrixclassics.com—no need to explain further.

While our policy typically excludes covering return shipping on non-warranty items, we receive very few return requests and often provide a prepaid label as a courtesy. We will refund or replace as you desire.

You can cancel your order any time before we process and/or ship the order.
